Great experience overall. Special thanks to Ms Angela for her help. Only downfall is after not having g the car for a week a light came on that there was low windshield wiper fluid. There was almost no fluid in there.

The appointment was made through the app, but the dealership did not have us on their calendar. With that said, they still took the vehicle on in and serviced it in a timely manner.

GM serviced faster than I expected. I was told that the part needed for my vehicle was on back order and it would take 2 weeks for it to arrive. It was fixed way sooner than expected and I was glad.

It was very enjoyable and the staff were just great!

It was an oil change and tire rotation. After getting home, I noticed that the tires weren't rotated and there was no sticker for the next due oil change. I called the service department to inform this. Service representative told me that it was supposed to have been done. She asked me if I wanted to bring it back then or whenever. I rescheduled it to later. I gave an extra star because this dealership has given me great service over the past several years and has a friendly staff in the service department.

Jon was excellent sales representative. I contacted him and he immediately sent me information on the type of vehicle that I was searching for. I drove about 45 minutes and it was worth the trip. GREAT SERVICE

My truck was kept away from me for almost 4 months waiting on a transmission. I was givin a loaner after a month. I was also trying to find ways to work and missing work until they gave me a loaner . Then when I told the manager that the car had 19,000 miles on it it when I got it and I only put 30 something thousand miles on it, and it had no business being in the shop already for having transmission problems, He told me at least I got 2 good years out of it. My experience was horrible only good thing I got out of it was a new transmission this is bad customer service if you ask me

Fast, friendly, and informative! That’s why I drive past the other Buick dealership and head to Red Springs which is about a 35 min drive. The other dealership is a 7 min drive. It be worth the extra drive.

Mrs. Heather Chavis and Amanda are amazing! They allowed me to drop my truck off a day before my service making it easy to not disrupt my normal work day, send text reminds so my phone wasn't ringing durning meeting and the bonus was informing me of my reward points that could be applied towards my service charges.
